Due to the strategic and custom nature of our work, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for services rendered. Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 calendar days of the invoice date.

All custom-built systems, automations, and AI workflows remain the intellectual property of Premier Sky AI LLC until paid in full. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered assets within their business. System prompts, backend logic, and proprietary methods remain the property of Premier Sky AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees of specific financial outcomes or business results. Results may vary based on your market, team implementation, and internal participation. Our role is to deliver high-impact AI strategies and systems — but consistent follow-through from your team is essential to achieve results.

7. Limitation of Liability

Premier Sky AI LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. This includes (but is not limited to) lost profits, system downtime, or performance issues due to third-party software or client misconfiguration.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated terms.
